Agreement to Comply with Bridge Crossing Conditions

Single Trip Overweight Permits - Compliance with Bridge Crossing Conditions. All Extraordinary Load Approvals where bridge crossing conditions are present will require the carrier to have a valid Form CVSE1053, signed by an authorized company officer, on file at the Provincial Permit Centre, prior to obtaining permits. These forms are valid for one year from time of signing.
