Routine Pit Operations Safety Checklist

This form is to be used for operations within a pit/quarry <1000 cubic metres. Form H1258 is used for operations >1000 cubic metres. To be completed by the Pit/Mine Manager or their designate (e.g. Maintenance Contractor), to satisfy the Mines Act daily visit requirement. Scan the completed form and email it to the BC MoTI Pit/Mine Manager.
