Signing AuthoritySubmit this form to the Registrar, Passenger Transportation, with new and transfer applications; and any time there is a change in signing authority (including a change in the principals of a corporation and a change in the person(s) with delegated signing authority). When a new Signing Authority form is accepted at the Branch it will cancel and replace all prior Signing Authority forms submitted to the Branch. |
