Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act, the following load restrictions will be imposed on the following Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice: LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Skeena Service Area,

100% Legal Axle Loading (24hrs/day) Highway 16 East, Terrace to Skeena Service Area Boundary (50km East of Terrace) Highway 16 West, Terrace to Skeena Service Area Boundary (70km West of Terrace) Highway 113 (Nisga'a) Highway 37 South (Terrace-Kitimat) All other Provincial Numbered Routes, paved or gravel
All Provincial Side Roads, paved or gravel EXCEPT as listed below: 80% Legal Axle Loading (24hrs/day) Merkley Road #57 Dover Road #108 Beam Station Road #90
50% Legal Axle Loading (24hrs/day) New Remo: Gagnon Rd. #95, Nelson Rd. #96, Royal Rd. #98, Wichman Rd. #99, Calgary Rd. #190, and Kilby Rd. #97 Kitselas Wagon Road #123 Matson Road #114

The applicable tolerances provided under Section 7.26 of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply. Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted.
