Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act the following load restrictions will be imposed on the
following Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice:
LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Nechako Service Area #23

Effective 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time on Sunday March 24th, 2024

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restriction.
The applicable tolerances provided under 7.26(1) of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply.

The public, trucking, and transportation Companies should govern themselves accordingly.

All Provincial Numbered Routes - 100% Legal Axle Loading

Provincial Side Roads - 100% Legal Axle Loading - only will be allowed on the following:
#4, Bearhead Road from Hwy 16 to #17 Keith Road
#680, Carman Hill Road West from Highway 16 for 100m
#15, Chowsunket Road from Hwy 16 to Fraser Lake Airport Road
#210, Endako Mine Road
#99, Erickson Road
#242, Fourteen Mile Road
#530, Fraser Lake Airport Road from Chowsunket Road to the waste transfer facility
#42, Francois Lake Road from Highway 16 to 0.8 Km
#242, Garvie Road
#174, Keith Road
#2, Kenney Dam Road from Yellowhead Highway for 16.3 Km to end of pavement

Note: Load Limits through E.R.s 1,3 & 4 as imposed by Supreme Court Injunction, or through Vanderhoof
as imposed by District of Vanderhoof, take precedent over any Ministry Load Restrictions

#90, McNolty Road from Yellowhead Highway 16 to Mill Access
#78 Necoslie Road from Highway 27 to the Regional Landfill entrance

All other roads that are not listed at 100% and 50% are restricted to 70%
