Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act, notice is hereby given that load restrictions will be
imposed on the following Provincial Highway and Roads until further notice:

LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Service Area 13 - Okanagan Shuswap (Celista, Chase, Cherryville,
Enderby, Falkland, Lumby, Pritchard, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Vernon)

Hwy 97 from Crystal Waters Road N to Hwy 97A (Swan Lake Interchange)
Hwy 97A from Hwy 97 (Swan Lake interchange) to Powerhouse Road (end of Armstrong 4 lane)
Hwy 1 from Monte Creek Junction to Perry River Bridge
Hwy 97 from Hwy 97A (Swan Lake interchange) to Hwy 1 (Monte Creek Junction)

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restrictions. The applicable
tolerances provided under 7.06(1) of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall
apply. Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted. The public, and trucking and
transportation companies should govern themselves accordingly.
