Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act the following load restrictions will be imposed
on the following Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice:

LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Selkirk Service Area (Revelstoke, Golden, Radium)

Effective 7:00 am PDT (8:00 am MDT) on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

100% Legal Axle Loading - Provincial Numbered Routes, Paved or Gravelled as listed below:

Revelstoke:
1. Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Perry River to Glacier National Park West Boundary)
2. Nakusp Mica Creek Highway #23 (Shelter Bay to Mica)

Golden:
1. Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Glacier National Park East Boundary to Yoho National Park West Boundary)
2. Kootenay Columbia Highway #95 (Radium to Golden)
3. Highway #93 (Kootenay Columbia Hwy #95 Intersection to Kootenay Park West Boundary)

100% Legal Axle Loading - Provincial Side Roads, Paved or Gravelled as listed below:

Revelstoke:
1. Airport Way #520
2. Mabel Lake Road #114
3. Pole Yard Road #158
4. Bowolin Road #617
5. Avoca Road #143
6. Goldstream Road #918 (From Hwy 23 N intersection for 625 m)
7. Greely Road.

Golden:
1. Brisco Road #00009 from Hwy 95 to CPR crossing
2. Beaverfoot Road #198 to CPR crossing
3. Donald Road #293
4. Kicking Horse Road #306
5. Wapta Road #074/501
6. Blaeberry River Road East #372

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restrictions.
The applicable tolerances pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply.
Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted.
