Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act the following load restrictions will be imposed on the following Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice:
LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Selkirk Service Area (Revelstoke, Golden, Radium).

Effective 12:00 am PT (1:00 am MT) on Friday, May 15, 2026.

All Provincial Numbered Routes, Paved or Gravelled - UNRESTRICTED

All Provincial Side Roads, Paved or Gravelled - UNRESTRICTED, except as listed below:

100% Legal Axle Loading - Provincial Side Roads, Paved or Gravelled as listed below:
Revelstoke:
1. Albert Canyon Road

Golden:
2. Golden Donald Upper Road between Blaeberry River Bridge to Blaeberry School Road
3. Beaverfoot Road #198 to CPR crossing
4. Campbell Road between Horse creek road to Mitchel road - 100%

70% Legal Axle Loading - Provincial Side Roads, Paved or Gravelled as listed below:
Golden:
1. Edgewater south approach road

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restrictions.
The applicable tolerances pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply.
Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted.
The public, trucking and transportation companies should govern themselves accordingly.
