Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act, notice is hereby given that load restrictions may be
placed, on short notice in the near future, on all Highways in the following Ministry of Transportation
and Infrastructure Service Area:

No. 3A Highway - From Keremeos to Kaleden
Trepanier Road (Peachland Municipal Boundary to end of maintained)
Copper Mountain Road - Princeton
North Beach Road - Summerland
Princeton Summerland Road - Summerland/Princeton
Keremeos Bypass Road

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restrictions. The
applicable tolerances provided under 7.06(1) of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport
Act shall apply. Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted. The public, and trucking
and transportation companies should govern themselves accordingly.
