Speed Bin Configuration

The Ministry now operates a number of vehicle classification perm-count stations around the province. The continuous data from these sites is used to generate quarterly and annual combined-direction summary reports. Distribution of vehicle types using the highway is in accordance with the following:

1. The heading "50D" etc. at the top of each table indicates the speed limit of the site.
2. Legend: "D" in the BIN designation indicates a 12 Bin Configuration.
BINS 1 through 12 indicate speed ranges in km/h.
