Printing Instructions for Length and Speed Reports

Length:

1. Go to the page setup (File -> page setup)
2. Set the paper size to 'letter' (8.5x11)
3. Remove all text from the page header and page footer
4. Set the orientation of the paper to 'portrait'
5. Set the margins to 0.166" for the left, right, top, and bottom
6. Press "OK"
7. Print the file: File -> Print

VCC Speed:

1. Go to the page setup (File -> page setup)
2. Set the paper size to 'legal' (8.5x14)
3. Remove all text from the page header and page footer.
4. Set the orientation of the paper to 'landscape'
5. Set the margins to 0.166" for the left, right, top, and bottom
6. Press "OK"
7. Print the file: File -> Print
