The registry consists of a monthly updated list of General Authorization Licences and a weekly updated list of General Authorization Application Decisions.
If additional information is required please do not hesitate to contact the Passenger Transportation Branch. Information received by the Registrar in an application is also subject to provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The applicant is subject to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act with regard to its collection, use and disclosure of any personal information it submits to the Registrar, Passenger Transportation Branch as part of its application for general authorization. |

General Authorization Licensees
The General Authorization Licensees List provides public notice of all general authorization licence applications issued by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation. This bulletin is updated on a monthly basis to include all current General Authorization Licensees. For ease of referencing, the list is categorized alphabetically by the Licensee name. If there are any discrepancies in this list, the Passenger Transportation Branch Application carrier file will prevail.

Special Authorization Approvals
The Special Authorization Approvals List provides public notice of all special authorization licence applications approved by the Passenger Transportation Board. If there are any discrepancies in this list, the Passenger Transportation Branch Application File will prevail.

General Authorization Application Decisions
The General Authorization Application Decisions List provides public notice of all general authorization licence applications approved by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation. This bulletin is updated on a weekly basis to include the previous week's decisions. For ease of referencing, the list is categorized alphabetically by the applicant's name. If there are any discrepancies in the Bulletin, the Registrar's findings and decisions on the Passenger Transportation Branch Application File will prevail.
The Applications Decisions List - (54 KB PDF) is a summary of General Authorization Decisions rendered by the Registrar. However, membership of this list does not mean that the respective operating licence has been issued, as the applicant must provide all necessary support documentation prior to issuance of the licence. A licence is only issued once the Registrar is satisfied that the requirement(s) are met under relevant sections of the Passenger Transportation Act and Regulation.
