The compliance and enforcement unit activities include audits of licensed carriers and issuance of violation tickets against both illegal operators and licensees.
Inspectors of Passenger Transportation will initiate the issuance of Notice & Orders to licensees in non compliance, which will serve as the evidence upon which the Registrar may issue a warning letter or a notice to impose a penalty to the licensee under the
Administrative Penalty Framework regime.
