The Passenger Transportation Board (Board) is an independent tribunal that adjudicates applications for all commercial passenger vehicles requesting special authorization to operate Inter-City Buses and/or Passenger Directed Vehicles in British Columbia.
The Board also makes decisions on appeals of administrative penalties that have been imposed on a licensed operator by the Registrar of Passenger Transportation. |
