LOAD RESTRICTIONS
Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act and regulations within the Commercial Transport Act, notice is hereby given that restrictions will be imposed as follows:
Effective 12:01 A.M. WEDNESDAY JUNE 24TH, 2009
ALL SEASONAL LOAD RESTRICTIONS RESCINDED
TRUNK (NUMBERED) HIGHWAYS WITHIN THE FORT GEORGE DISTRICT
CATEGORY 1 – UNRESTRICTED on the following Trunk Highway within the Fort George District: ***************************************************************** - Yellowhead Highway #5 – From the north boundary of the Thompson Highway District (at McMuprhy approx 172 km north of Kamloops ) to the Junction of HWY 16. - Yellowhead Highway #16 West – From the Fort George District’s West Boundary (at Priestly Hill) to the Prince George City West Boundary (East Beaverly Road). - Route 27 – Vanderhoof/Stewart Lake Highway, from the Junction of HWY 16 to Tachie Rd. - Yellowhead Highway #16 East – From Prince George City East Boundary (.75km east of Foreman Road) to Fort George District’s East Boundary (BC/Alberta Border). - Cariboo Highway #97 South – From the City of Prince George’s South Boundary (Sintich Road) to the Fort George District’s South Boundary (Plett Road), at Stone Creek. - John Hart Highway #97 North – From the City of Prince George’s North Boundary (19.8km from the Junction of HWY 16 & 97) to 100m North of the Junction of Highway #97 and Route #39 - Route 39 – Mackenzie Connector Highway
CATEGORY 2 – 100% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be on the following Trunk Highway within the Fort George District: ***************************************************************** - None
DISTRICT FEEDER ROADS WITHIN FORT GEORGE SERVICE AREA #19 (Prince George, Bear Lake, Mackenzie)
CATEGORY 1 – UNRESTRICTED on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - All roads within the Fort George Service Area #19
CATEGORY 2 – 100% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
CATEGORY 3 – 70% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None ***************************************************************** CATEGORY 4 – 50% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads:

CATEGORY 1 – UNRESTRICTED on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - All Roads within the Robson Service Area #20
CATEGORY 2 – 100% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads ***************************************************************** - None
CATEGORY 3 – 70% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
CATEGORY 4 – 50% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
DISTRICT FEEDER ROADS WITHIN NECHAKO SERVICE AREA #23 (Vanderhoof, Fraser Lake, Fort St. James)
CATEGORY 1 – UNRESTRICTED on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - All Roads within the Nechako Service Area #23
CATEGORY 2 – 100% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
CATEGORY 3 – 70% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
CATEGORY 4 – 50% of LEGAL AXLE LOADING only will be allowed on the following District feeder roads: ***************************************************************** - None
All term overload permits are invalid for the duration of these restrictions. The applicable tolerances provided under 7.26(1) of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transportation Act shall apply. Violators of the restrictions and regulations will be prosecuted.

WILLOW RIVER WEIGHT RESTRICTION
Effective: May 20TH, 2009
Until further notice, the Willow River Bridge will be weight restricted to 10t GVW.
Heavier loads must detour through the Beaver FSR / Bateman Road, approximately 8.5 km north of Highway 16 on the Upper Fraser Road.
