Pursuant to Section 66 of the Transportation Act the following load restrictions will be imposed, on the following Provincial Highways and Roads until further notice:
LOAD RESTRICTIONS within the Kootenay Boundary Service Area (Fruitvale, Trail, Castlegar, Rossland, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Midway, Rock Creek, Bridesville, Westbridge, Beaverdell, Idabel Lake)

All Provincial Numbered Highways 100% Legal Axle Loading as listed below
Highway 3, 3A, 3B, 22, 22A, 33, 41, 395
All Provincial Side Roads paved or gravel 100% Legal Axle Loading except as listed below
70% Legal Axle Loading
1. Blythe Rhone Road
2. Boundary Creek Road
3. Christian Valley Road
4. Columbia Road (from intersection of Hwy 3 and Ootischenia Road)
5. Drake Road
6. Fife Road
7. Gelsz Road
8. Ingram Road
9. McCarron Road
10. Mount Baldy Road
11. North Fork Road from KM 27 to end of road
12. Norwegian Creek Road
13. Pass Creek Road
14. Phoenix Road
15. Rock Creek-Bridesville Road
16. Santa Rosa Road
50% Legal Axle Loading
1. Rossland Cascade Road

All overload permits on restricted routes are invalid for the duration of these restrictions. The applicable tolerances provided under 7.26 of the regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply. Violators of the regulations and restrictions will be prosecuted. The public, and trucking and transportation companies should govern themselves accordingly.
