LOAD RESTRICTIONS 2009

PUBLIC NOTICE #4 (Amendment # 4)

Pursuant to Section 66 of the "Transportation Act" and to the provisions of the Commercial Transport Act notice is hereby given that effective immediately, load restrictions on Boundary Road #52E, from the Wapiti Forest Service Road to the Kistkatinaw Forest Service Road
(gravel portion) are hereby rescinded until further notice.

ALL LOAD RESTRICTIONS IN THE PEACE DISTRICT INCLUDING THE FORT NELSON AREA ARE HEREBY RESCINDED until further notice with the EXCEPTION OF THE FOLLOWING ROAD(S):

• Beryl Prairie Arterial Road #715R and Beryl Prairie Road #118 remains restricted to 100% legal axle load 24 hours per day until further notice.

All term overload permits on restricted roads are invalid for the duration of the restrictions.

The applicable percentage of tolerance provided under Section 7.16(1) of regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act shall apply.
