PUBLIC NOTICE #6 (Rescindment)

Pursuant to Section 66 of the “Transportation Act” and the provisions of Section 7.26 of the Regulations pursuant to the Commercial Transport Act, notice is given that load restrictions are rescinded on all numbered highways and side roads in the West Kootenay District effective:

8:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14th, 2009.

Be advised that, due to local and changing conditions, the Ministry may change legal axle loading on specific roads. The legal axle weight posted in the field on specific roads will take precedence over this notification.
