PUBLIC NOTICE
Load Restrictions

Public Notice for Squamish and Pemberton Areas

Pursuant to Section 66 of the “Transportation Act” and to the provisions of the Commercial Transport Act, notice is hereby given that load restrictions are rescinded on roads in the Pemberton Area and in the Squamish Area within the Lower Mainland Highways District.

Effective 12:01 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2009, until further notice:

• Highway No. 99, Duffy Lake Road from the Lillooet Lake Forest Service Road to the district boundary Kane Creek Bridge.
• Pemberton Portage Road from the Junction of Highway #99
• Pemberton Meadows Road from Highway #99 to the Forest Service Road (end of Public Road).
• Squamish Valley Road (#649R & 1914) from Paradise Valley Road (km 3.7) to the Forest Service Road (km 22.7, end of Public Road).
