Extended
Health & Dental
Financial assistance for drugs, eye care, birth control,
hearing aids, and dental services.
Group
Life Insurance
2 times annual salary, with a minimum coverage of $70,000.
Short
Term Illness and Injury
75% of earnings up to 6 months.
Long
Term Disability
68.3% of the first $2,200 / month and 50% of earnings
above $2,200.
Pension
Plan
Pension benefits are based number of years in the plan
and the average of highest 5 years of salary. The pension
is payable for your lifetime, and may continue for the
lifetime of your spouse.

Covers travel by aircraft on government business.

Statutory Holidays
11 days per year.
Overtime
Time and ½ for the first 2 hours on regular work
days, then double time after that, and double time for
all hours worked on a day of rest.
