Tender and Contract Information

The Ministry's Contract Document Package comes in two parts, (1) the Tender Document Package containing the necessary documentation for tendering the Contract, and, embedded within the Tender, (2) the Contract Document Package containing the legal documentation to bind the Contract between the Ministry and the Contractor.

The Table below provides links to all component documents necessary for all four versions of the documents package (Major Works, Minor Works, Operational Services, and Design-Build Minor). Alternatively, Ministry employees can retrieve the documents through the Consolidated Table residing in Contract Administration Manual (CAM) on the Ministry's intranet site.

A Project Team developing a contract must provide Contract Administration with documents based upon the links given in the coloured cells only under the appropriate column.

The Tender Document and Contract Document Package are assembled in a step by step numbering order tabulated below.

All documents linked in green cells under these columns are mandatory. Files indicated in yellow cells are optional, depending on the needs of your Project. Documents in uncoloured cells will be prepared by Contract Administration.
