National Transportation Strategy
 

In December 2005, the Council of the Federation released their national transportation strategy, Looking to the Future: A Plan for Investing in Canada's Transportation System. The strategy calls called for a new funding partnership with Ottawa to ensure that Canada's transportation system is safe, secure and supportive of the global trading network.
