Temporary Operating Permit for Extra Vehicles
The Passenger Transportation Board makes decisions on applications for temporary operating permits (TOPs) respecting the fleet size for passenger directed vehicles. The Board may approve an application for a TOP if the Board considers there is an urgent and temporary need for the licensee to increase the number of motor vehicles that may be operated under the licence.
