LinksRegistrar of Passenger TransportationThe Registrar of Passenger Transportation licences commercial passenger vehicles in British Columbia, and the Registrar enforces provisions of the Passenger Transportation Act and the Passenger Transportation Regulation. These functions include the distribution and receipt of applications for all commercial passenger vehicles, and the handling of complaints about the operation of commercial passenger vehicles. Current information about commercial passenger transportation in British Columbia can be obtained from the Passenger Transportation Board at www.ptboard.bc.ca and the Passenger Transportation Branch at http://www.th.gov.bc.ca/rpt/.
