Schedule 1 Highways - Lower Mainland

Schedule 1 Highways prohibit vehicles incapable of maintaining a minimum speed of 60 km/h on level road.  The purpose of this regulation is to protect the safety of both the slow moving vehicle and the motoring public.

Schedule 1 Highways are shown as either Blue or Green on the map below.

• The Blue portions do not allow cyclists.
• The Green portions have been signed to allow cyclists.
