Minister Helps to Open Golden Ears Bridge
June 14, 2009 – Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Shirley Bond takes part in the official ribbon cutting for TransLink’s Golden Ears Bridge. The six-lane Golden Ears Bridge connects Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows with Surrey and Langley. The new bridge is a vital component of the overall transportation plan to move people and goods more quickly and efficiently throughout the region.
