BC Public Service Agency Service Delivery Model

The BC Public Service Agency supports the Ministry of Transportation's objectives by providing leadership, advice and support in the areas of staffing, employee relations, organization and classification, health and safety, and training services.

Human Resource services at the BC Public Service Agency are delivered using a two tier model. The primary contacts for client ministry staff are the Human Resource Consultants and Technicians. As the primary contacts for client ministry staff, this group provides advice and assistance in the areas of staffing, collective agreement and policy interpretations, grievances, absence management, organization and classification, and employee training and development.

In support of the primary Human Resource contacts, specialists in Organization and Classification, Labour Relations, Health & Safety, Training Services and Information Management round out the Human Resource program delivery team at the BC Public Service Agency.
