The following is a list of Gateway Program reports that are available electronically. Due to file size or formatting, some reports are available only in hard copy through the Gateway Program Library. Program Definition Report - January 31, 2006

The Ministry of Transportation has released the Gateway Program Definition Report (PDR), which describes the causes and effects of road congestion in the Lower Mainland, and what improvements are proposed to the Port Mann/Highway 1 corridor, the South Fraser Perimeter Road, North Fraser Perimeter Road, and the Pitt River Bridge/Mary Hill Interchange.
