The purpose of this form is to assist the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure in assessing whether additional clean energy vehicle models can become eligible for the Electric Vehicles in HOV Lanes Program. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) should fill out this form to submit additional vehicle models for consideration and forward to the email supplied.
