Ensuring effective traffic management during construction is a priority for the Evergreen Line Project. Every effort will be taken to minimize disruption and maximize traffic flow and predictability for travelers.
Please be advised that early works construction of the Evergreen Line is now underway. Weekly emails will be sent on Fridays to update the expected traffic impacts for the following week.
ZONE 1 - Lougheed Highway to Coquitlam tunnel portal

Road widening along North Road will start soon with crews checking the location of underground utilities. Please watch for traffic control personnel.

ZONE 2 - Port Moody to Coquitlam Central Station

Work on the installation of new underground power supply in Port Moody continues. Please watch for traffic control personnel.
- Expect minor delays and single-lane alternating traffic or lane closures during the day on Spring Street, Electronic Avenue and St. Johns Street.
- Night work is underway on St. Johns Street. Minimal traffic impacts are expected.
