REVISED SCHEDULE 7
(Approximate Quantities and Unit Prices)
Please be advised that effective Friday, July 2nd, all Ministry estimates
MUST be prepared using the revised Shedule 7 Spreadsheet.
Note: All opportunities posted on BC Bid after July
2 must use the new schedule 7. If the old schedule is used when uploading
to BC Bid, errors will occur.
A number of improvements have been made to the schedule 7 including
formatting changes, enhanced unit of measure drop down list, site occupancy
clarification and the ability to identify a detailed breakdown of miscellaneous
ministry costs.
Please note detailed instructions are attached to the H0088 (Create
Ministry Estimate Form) with changes highlighted in red.
