Incorporated consulting firms should proceed with their
online registration at the BCeID website.
Unincorporated consulting firms and sole proprietors must
contact the Ministry of Transportation eRISP Administrator
to initiate the process: Bev.Propp@gov.bc.ca,
tel: (250) 387-5655. The Ministry will then initiate your
enrollment and you can expect enrollment information via regular
mail in approximately two weeks.
Create BCeID’s for all employees
who will require access to eRISP.
Include all technical and professional
employees to be registered with RISP, as well as administrative
employees assigned to maintain your profile in eRISP.
Select an eRISP Office Contact.
The Office Contact plays a key role and:
Must be the first one to log into eRISP.
Is the only one who may enter or make changes to the office’s
general information (Maintain Office – Part 1).
Is the only one who may create and delete employees (Part
2).
May apply for categories and add supporting experience(s)
on an employees behalf.
Is the only one who may update office categories in Part
3.
Is the only one who may submit into eRISP a new office or
changes to an existing office.
Will receive all eRISP-generated emails.
Prepare, for each employee:
All categories that the employee will be applying for. Refer to
the RISP
Category Glossaries under RISP Resources.
Supporting experience(s) for each category that the employee
will be applying for.
Decide upon a preferred contract amount
for each office category.
Office categories are a roll-up of all
categories applied for by employees.
