The project is located on HWY 97, 227 kilometers north of Prince George, 83 kilometers south of Chetwynd within the Pine Pass.

Description:

The scope of the project includes reconstruction of 11.2 kilometers of Highway 97 to meet 90km/h design speed. The road width will be increased to provide 3.6m lanes and 1.5m paved shoulders. The road construction includes 2 kilometers of new grade along with two new bridge structures over the Pine River. Construction also includes milling, pulverizing, paving and two new small bridges replacing culverts over fish bearing streams.
