The Site is located on Okanagan Highway No. 97A, within the Township of Spallumcheen and adjacent to the City of Armstrong, BC.

Description:

The major works to be carried out on this project are: Roadway and Drainage Excavation (Stripping 25,000 m3, Type D Excavation 105,000 m3, Unsuitable Material 21,000 m3), SGSB Surcharge (62,000 m3), Granular materials (94,000 m3), Asphalt Paving (27,200 tonnes), Drainage Pipes (2,000 m), Watermains (1,100 m), Fencing (4,000 m), Electrical (Signal and 22 Luminaires), Signing (128 Signs), Precast Concrete Barriers (1350 m) and Relocation of Mini-Storage Office/Residential Structure Building.
