The Commercial Transport Manual is designed to be used online. All other publications listed here are available for you to download in PDF format , or if you prefer, you can pick up hard copies at any ICBC driver licensing office. With the exception of Driving Commercial Vehicles and the Commercial Transport Manual, these publications are also available at B.C. weigh scales.
