- Form T-53A - To be used for daylight and darkness movement of loads in excess of 3.2 metres in width up to and including 3.8 metres (12’6”) and/or for loads exceeding 25 metres up to 31 metres in overall length and/or for vehicles/loads with front/rear projections requiring a pilot car
- Form T-53C - To be used for movement of mobile homes, modular buildings, park model trailers, half houses, bunkhouses, skid shacks and houseboats in excess of 3.2 metres in width up to and including 3.8 metres and 31.5 metres overall length
- Form T-55A - To be used for the movement of mobile homes, modular buildings, park model trailers, half houses, bunkhouses, skid shacks and houseboats in excess of 3.8 metres (12’6”) in width and up to and including 4.4 metres (14’6”), not including the eave and 31.5 metres overall length
- Form T-69 - To be used for the transportation of vehicles/loads in excess of 4.4 metres in width up to and including 5.0 metres in the Peace River area only
- Form T-69A - To be used for the transportation of vehicles/loads in excess of 4.4 metres width up to and including 5.0 metres, loads up to 4.88 metres in height and vehicles/loads up to 31.5 metres overall length
