Cycling Infrastructure Partnerships Program (CIPP)

2012-2013 CIPP Application deadline is July 31, 2012

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is pleased to announce the continuation of the Cycling Infrastructure Partnerships Program (CIPP) for 2012-13. The CIPP is a cost-shared program where the Government of British Columbia will partner with local governments in the construction of new transportation cycling infrastructure.

The goal of the program is to promote transportation cycling (cycling to work, school, or errands) as a means of reducing traffic congestion and green house gas (GHG) emissions.

All British Columbia municipalities and regional districts are eligible to apply for up to $100,000 in CIPP funding.

The complete new 2012-13 application package and guidelines are now available.
