A claim form is to be used to obtain a payment for reimbursement of eligible costs.

Please use the format as per attached samples for detailed expenditures of the claim. For non-local governments, please check with your accountant as to whether you receive 50% or 100% GST rebate.

A timeline form must be completed and submitted every 2 months from project approval date. Once construction has started a quarterly progress report will replace the timeline form.
A quarterly progress report form must be completed and submitted every quarter (March, June, September, and December). This form will be used once construction has started and until the project is complete.
A final report detailing project performance must be completed and submitted with the final claim upon project completion. It is the proponent's responsibility to ensure that the means to collect and provide data on project performance is in place. Final Report Forms will be sent to recipients upon nearing project completion.
Please read the communication policy on plaque or signage. The signage wording of the permanent sign or plaque on your completed project must be in both official languages. You are required to submit the layout for approval prior to final production of the permanent plaque or signage.
Temporary signage will be sent to the recipient by the Province. The recipient will install the temporary signage at a prominent location where there is visible activity related to the project indicating that the project is under the Canada-British Columbia Building Canada Fund – Communities Component.
